Hotel Eliseo Lourdes

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was located just a short distance from the holy site, making it convenient for visiting the shrine. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, even if some of them had limited English skills. The night clerk went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for my early morning departure. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, had a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was a convenient parking area available for guests.

It is just a short walk away from the Sanctuary at Lourdes, allowing guests to easily attend the religious processions and ceremonies. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with kids. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers modern facilities, such as a separate dining room and English channels on the TV.

One minor drawback is the absence of a coffee maker in the room.

Nothing not to love.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the main attraction. We could easily walk to the important sites in just a few minutes. the rooms were quite spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise.

There were several aspects that we did not enjoy. the staff's incompetence was evident, especially during check-in.

Comfy suite upgrade with large bed, lounge, and nice bathroom. Tasty dinner in main restaurant, staff very accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. Short stay recommended!

The room was like a luxurious apartment, spacious and clean with a separate toilet. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and strong wifi signal.

Felt like VIPs, nothing to complain about.
